Dr. Phil Tokarz was raised in Rochester, New York.  He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at The College at Brockport. 

Dr. Phil Tokarz is now the owner of Grayson Chiropractic Associates, serving the Rochester community as a Doctor of Chiropractic since 2019.
